Your AI Testing Dashboards Are Green. That's the Problem

Self-healing test repair can turn a dashboard into a collection of green opinions rather than evidence.
When an AI agent writes code or repairs tests, green signals become dangerously local. A broken locator gets automatically repaired to a nearby element and the test passes, but the new selector may point at a different control, a different row or an invisible duplicate: the test has not recovered, it has substituted a new behavior and hidden the substitution.
An AI-assisted delivery system has at least three observers, the model watching its own task state, the harness watching execution, and production watching runtime state, and none has enough context to detect a mismatch between the others' claims.
